Replacement or Refund. Your Choice!
We make products that should last. If they don't or if they're not right when they arrive we'll fix it.
There are two different things covered here, so we've kept them separate.
30-day returns
If your order isn't right for you because of wrong fit, wrong vibe, just not what you hoped for, send it back within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. No questions asked, no restocking fees, no awkward emails about why.
A few practical points:
Products need to come back unworn, in the original condition with the original packaing
You cover return postage. We'll cover it back to you on an exchange.
One return or exchange per order (multiple items in one return or exchange allowed)
Pre-order products follow the same rule, counted from the day you receive them, not the day you reserved.
365-day warranty against defects
Every pair is covered for 365 days from the date you receive it against any defect in materials or workmanship. That means:
Hinges that loosen or fail under normal wear
Lens coatings that delaminate, peel, or bubble
Frames that crack along a seam without impact
Screws or fittings that fail
If any of that happens, we'll repair, replace, or refund. Your choice.
What the warranty doesn't cover
To keep this fair for everyone, the warranty doesn't cover:
Accidental damage (sat on, dropped, run over by a bicycle)
Lens scratches from cleaning with the wrong cloth or storing without the case
Damage from heat, chemicals, sweat over time, or saltwater exposure
Loss or theft
Wear and tear that's just life with a pair of sunglasses for a year
We can usually still help with these, paid repairs, replacement parts, or a discount on a new pair. Just at cost.
How to start a return or warranty claim
Email contact@sefastudios.com with:
Your order number
A short description of what's wrong
A clear photo of the issue (for warranty claims especially)
A real person reads every email. We'll come back within 24 hours on weekdays, 48 on weekends, with the next step. No automated forms, no escalation tiers, no "thank you for your patience" while we ignore you for two weeks.
