Where Do We Deliver?

The UK and the United States. Every postcode, every zip code. From London to the Outer Hebrides, Manhattan to small-town Montana. If you have an address in either country, we'll get to you. We don't ship anywhere else yet. We will eventually.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We have a standard fee of $4.99 for all orders. flat $4.99. One pair, three pairs, full kit. Same price. We don't believe in tiered shipping fees that quietly punish you for ordering more.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Standard orders: 3–7 working days from dispatch.

Pre-order drops: ships on the date listed on the product page. We're transparent about this up front. When you reserve a pair from a drop, you're reserving it from a numbered run that ships on a fixed date, not from existing stock. The product page tells you exactly when. We'd rather under-promise and ship early than the other way around

Order Tracking

The moment your order leaves us, you'll get a tracking link by email. Click it, follow your pair across the country, refresh it more times than you'd like to admit. We don't mind.

Lost Packages

Lost in transit, delayed past the window, arrived damaged, arrived as the wrong pair, email contact@sefastudios.com and we'll fix it. A real person reads every email. We'll either resend, refund, or replace, whichever you'd prefer, and we'll do it without making you jump through hoops.

We're a small brand. Looking after the people who buy from us isn't a customer service strategy, it's the only way this works.
