These are the rules for using sefastudios.com and buying from us. We've kept them as plain as we can while still covering what they need to cover. By using the site or placing an order, you're agreeing to them. If anything here is unclear, email contact@sefastudios.com and we'll explain.

Who we are

This site is operated by Tutto Lusso LLC, a company registered in the state of Delaware Throughout these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean Tutto Lusso LLC

Using the site

You're welcome to browse, shop, share, and enjoy what we've built. By using the site you agree to: Provide accurate information when you order or sign up Use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes Not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it, or use it to harass anyone We can suspend or close accounts that don't follow these rules. We rarely need to.

Orders and payment

When you place an order on the site, you're making us an offer to buy. The contract between us is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email, not when you click "place order" or when payment is taken.

Until that point, we can decline an order for any reason, including if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or we suspect fraud. If we decline, we'll refund any payment in full.

Prices are listed in USD for the US, including VAT or sales tax where applicable. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal where available. Payment is processed by Stripe and/or PayPal. Your card details are never stored on our servers. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted.

Pre-orders

Some of our products are sold as pre-orders from a numbered drop. When you reserve a pair from a pre-order:

Payment is taken at the time of reservation, not at dispatch The shipping date listed on the product page is our best estimate of when the drop will ship.

We'll always email you if it's likely to slip by more than a few days You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships and receive a full refund. Email contact@sefastudios.com.

Once a pre-order has shipped, the standard returns policy applies (30 days from the date you receive it) If for any reason a drop fails to be produced or delivered, we'll refund every reservation in full. We'd never keep payment for a product we can't deliver.

Shipping, returns, and warranty

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) or equivalent law where you live.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site: photography, copy, logos, product names, the brand world we've built, belongs to Tutto Lusso LLC trading as Sefa Studios or is licensed to us.

You're welcome to share our content on social media (please tag us), screenshot it, send it to friends.

Don't use it for commercial purposes, don't pass it off as your own, and don't use any of it to train an AI model without our written permission.

If you submit a review, photo, or comment to us, you're giving us permission to reuse it in our marketing - with credit where possible. You always retain ownership of what you create.

Disclaimers and liability

Our sunglasses are sold as fashion eyewear with UV protection to the standards stated on the product page. They're not safety equipment, not prescription eyewear, and not certified for sports requiring impact protection.

Don't drive at night in them. We make every effort to ensure product images are accurate, but colours can vary slightly between screens and between batches due to the nature of acetate.

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be lawfully limited.

For UK consumers specifically, none of this affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The current version will always be at this URL with the date last updated. Material changes will be notified by email to anyone with an active account or live order. Continuing to use the site after changes are published means you accept the new terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware. Any disputes that arise will be handled in the courts of Delaware. By using our site, you agree to resolve any issues through these channels.

If something's gone wrong, email contact@sefastudios.com first, we resolve almost everything that way.

If you're a UK consumer and we can't reach a resolution, you can refer the matter to the Citizens Advice Consumer Service (citizensadvice.org.uk) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform if you're in the EU (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
